### Connecting parcelLab to Yofi

Integrating parcelLab with Yofi enables your post-purchase data to generate risk score and segmented flows, giving you a more complete picture of shopper intent and behavior.

#### How to Get Connected

Getting set up is simple and no technical configuration required on your end.

**Just reach out to your parcelLab Customer Success Manager and request the Yofi integration.** Your CSM will handle the rest: they'll coordinate passing your parcelLab data to Yofi and ensure your scores are enabled and ready to use.

#### What to Include in Your Request

When you email your CSM, let them know:

* That you'd like to enable the Yofi integration
* Your Yofi account details (if you have them handy)

Your CSM from parcelLab and Yofi will follow up once the connection is live.

#### What will the Yofi & parcelLab integration look like?

Once enabled, you won't need to switch between platforms to access your fraud and risk intelligence. Yofi's scores and explanations will surface directly within parcelLab, so everything you need is in one place.
