Yofi Copilot Modes

Yofi AI Copilot operates in two modes, depending on the level of integration:

1) Yofi Free Copilot

• Allows basic lookups for customer fraud history.

• Supports searches by email and phone number.

• Provides generalized fraud reports based on community contributions.

• Available for installation through the Slack App Store.

• Can be upgraded by integrating with Yofi through the Integrations section.

2) Yofi Integrated Copilot

• Offers full fraud detection and management capabilities.

• Supports lookups for customer, order, address, phone, email, and more.

• Enables policy assignment, tagging, rule creation, and proactive fraud warnings.

• Notifies team members or specific channels about detected fraud risks.

• Requires integration with Yofi on Shopify or Yofi on Enterprise App to access private fraud data and apply actions.

• Can be activated by clicking Integrate with Yofi Copilot in the Integrations section.

Connecting Yofi Copilot to Your Store or Enterprise App

If you already have Yofi integrated with Shopify or Enterprise App, you can map your Slack Yofi Copilot to your store in the “Integrations” section. From there, you can:

• One-click map your Slack Yofi Copilot with your store by clicking Integrate with Yofi Copilot.

• Install Yofi Copilot directly in Slack from the integrations page.

• Ensure seamless fraud management across platforms by enabling full feature access.

Installing Yofi AI Copilot on Slack

Yofi AI Copilot can be installed in two ways:

1) Install from the Slack App Store

The simplest way to install Yofi AI Copilot is through the Slack App Store. Follow these steps:

1. Open the Slack App Store in your web browser.

2. Search for Yofi AI Copilot.

3. Click on the app and select Add to Slack.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to authorize and install the app in your workspace.

5. Once installed, Yofi Copilot will function in Free Mode by default.

6. To unlock full features, navigate to the Integrations section in Yofi and click Integrate with Yofi Copilot to map it to your store or enterprise account.

2) Install the Yofi Custom Slack App via the Yofi App

If you install Yofi Copilot through the Yofi App, it comes pre-integrated with your Shopify or Enterprise Yofi instance. This means:

1. The app is automatically mapped to your stores and enterprise settings.

2. You can immediately start using the full Yofi Copilot functionality.

3. No additional setup is required—permissions and access are pre-configured.

To install via Yofi:

1. Log into your Yofi Admin Dashboard.

2. Navigate to the Integrations section.

3. Click on Integrate with Yofi Copilot.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

By choosing the right installation method, you can ensure Yofi Copilot is set up to provide the best fraud detection and prevention tools tailored to your needs.
