What is Free Copilot?

The Free Copilot is a global fraud registry available as a Slack app, where users can contribute to and retrieve insights on fraud cases reported by different organizations. The free version allows lookups based on email and phone number to help businesses identify potential fraud risks.

How to Use Free Copilot

To perform a lookup, simply mention Yofi Copilot in Slack with one of the following commands:

After initiating a lookup, Yofi Copilot will first request feedback from you via a simple form. You’ll be asked to provide details on any suspicious activity you’ve observed for the customer. Once your feedback is submitted, Yofi will return relevant internal information about previously reported fraud or abuse cases, along with Yofi’s predictive risk assessment.
