How to Create Narvar Credentials for Yofi

To create Narvar credentials for Yofi, follow these steps:

1. Log in to Narvar Console:

   • Go into Shopify and Click Narvar Return & Exchanges.

2. Click Setting:

• Scroll to the bottom and click the Advanced tile.

3. Click RMA Post Credentials:

4. Generate API Credentials:

• Click Add API Key.

• Add a Username and the password will be autogenerated.

5. Enter the Narvar API Credentials in Yofi:

• Go to the Yofi Portal within Shopify.

• Go to the Setting Tab.

• Filter to Integrations and click "Create a new integration."

• Enter your Narvar Username and Password (set the date for 3 months ago) and click save!

• Yofi will integrate and begin processing the information.

Once the Narvar credentials are successfully configured, Yofi will begin generating risk scores and surfacing insights directly within the Yofi Portal.
